Hitchcox motorcycles was the brainchild of ex F1 engineer Tom. He dreamed of bringing F1 quality and customisation to the motorcycle parts industry. Hitchcox approached us at the conception stage to help them this dream to reality and then market and grow the business.
Stage 1 consisted of brand identity, customer profiling and market research, allowing us to quickly create imagery, copy, website content and a launch marketing strategy.
Stage 2 consisted of rapidly scaling. We identified Social Media as our key growth channel given the target demographic and visual nature of the products. This would be supported by paid search and shopping campaigns to pick up residual high intent traffic.
We launched in August 2022, with an event, using the creative, reviews and customer data to inform and enhance our marketing channels. Target ROAS was hit after 2 weeks and we have tripled media spend since and supported it with complementary campaigns.
